Tina Dickens is the owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Nehemiah 4 project. Tina spent 33 years in the mailing/print industry and 41 years' work ethic in the government and Health Care Industry. She has certifications in The Executive Mail Center Management (EMCM), Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer Representative (FAC-COR) and Management Analyst (MA)
